I spent the morning, after my regular writing routine, looking at fabrics for my bridesmaid dress with Jordan Newhouse. I picked her up at her place and we drove over to JoAnn Fabrics. We picked out a few fabrics and a pattern. It finally sort of made sense to me, the process of creating a dress. I really enjoy it. Now I just have to decide if I have the ability to NOT learn how to sew. I don't really want to, but I feel like in order to be a part of this world I should. That kind of tells me right there.
